Deposits and payments for completed work are non-refundable. Refund requests for incomplete work will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Upon full payment, all custom work created specifically for the client (excluding pre-existing components, third-party libraries, and our proprietary tools) will be transferred to the client.

We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party services, platforms, or integrations used in your project.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUNCLOUD SYSTEMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our relationship.
We provide a warranty period (typically 30-90 days, as specified in the Service Agreement) during which we will fix bugs or defects in delivered work at no additional charge.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
If negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA).
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with any Service Agreement or contract, constitute the entire agreement between you and Suncloud Systems regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
